Boise

Boise is Idaho’s capital city and the cultural, business, and entertainment hub of the Treasure Valley. Known for its vibrant downtown, thriving food scene, and access to outdoor recreation, Boise offers a unique blend of city amenities and Idaho’s laid-back lifestyle. Residents enjoy easy access to the Boise River Greenbelt, foothill hiking and biking trails, Bogus Basin Ski Resort, and countless parks throughout the city.


Downtown Boise features locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and year-round events including Treefort Music Fest, Alive After Five, and the Boise Farmers Market. Boise is also home to many of Idaho’s largest employers, including healthcare systems, technology companies, government offices, and growing startups.


With a variety of historic neighborhoods, established communities, and newer developments, Boise appeals to young professionals, families, retirees, and anyone seeking an active lifestyle with urban conveniences close at hand.

Eagle

Eagle is one of the Treasure Valley’s most desirable and upscale communities, known for its beautiful neighborhoods, mature landscaping, and exceptional quality of life. Situated along the Boise River and near the foothills, Eagle offers a unique combination of luxury living, outdoor recreation, and small-town charm.


Residents enjoy a walkable downtown featuring local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and community events throughout the year. The city is also home to premier golf courses, riverfront recreation, and miles of trails connecting neighborhoods and parks.

Kuna

Kuna offers a blend of affordability, outdoor recreation, and community spirit. Located south of Meridian, Kuna has transformed from a small agricultural town into a thriving residential community while maintaining its welcoming small-town roots.


Residents enjoy access to nearby recreation areas including the Snake River Birds of Prey Conservation Area, Swan Falls, Kuna Butte, and numerous parks and trails. Downtown Kuna continues to grow with new businesses, restaurants, and community gathering spaces.

Caldwell

Caldwell is a rapidly growing city that combines rich agricultural heritage with exciting new development. Located in western Treasure Valley, Caldwell is widely recognized as the heart of Idaho Wine Country, with dozens of wineries, vineyards, and tasting rooms nearby.
